Sugar Free Apple and Banana Sponge Cake

This sponge cake is easy to make, and takes no time at all to prepare Full of fruity goodness and contains no added sugar making it a guilt free pleasure! INGREDIENTS 150g plain flour 1 ½ tsp baking powder 100ml semi-skimmed milk 1 egg 1 tsp cinnamon 40g low fat olive spread, melted (or butter of choice) 1 medium apple, peeled, cored and chopped 1 ripe banana, well mashed (lump free) METHOD Preheat oven 200ºC / 180º FAN and line a cake tin with grease proof paper Sift the flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a mixing bowl and stir Put the milk, egg and melted low fat spread in a jug or small bowl and beat together Add the apple, banana and wet ingredients from the jug to the flour, stir until just combined. Do not over-mix Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cake has risen and starts taking on a golden colour Carefully place the cake on a wire rack to cool

Oat slices are not only a delicious and filling snack, but they are great food for on the go. I generally use sultanas when making this recipe but I do like to change it up from time to time. These Apple and Cinnamon Muffins are moist, have a subtle cinnamon flavor, and the perfect texture. No mixer or scales are needed, this really probably is the easiest Apple and Cinnamon Muffin recipe your ever bake! FAT FREE - EGG FREE - NO ADDED SUGAR - DAIRY FREE - YEAST FREE Just four simple ingredients to make these delicious spiced fruit bread buns! No scales required just a set of measuring cups and spoons! If you don't have measuring cups don't worry, you can use a normal cup or mug as long as you use the same one for all the measurements. The bigger the cup/mug the more buns you make I used a small mug and made 9 buns The recipe does say white self-raising flour, but I tried it with half wholemeal flour and half white self- raising flour. Having made these buns both ways, I found using all white self-raising flour gives you a lighter and better rise to the buns as I found the wholemeal makes the buns heavier and they didn't seem to rise as much. 3 Ingredient Fruit Loaf - Sugar Free - Fat Free - Egg Free

No scales are required for this recipe just a normal household drinking mug INGREDIENTS  1 mug of sultanas 1 mug of boiling water 2 mugs self-raising flour METHOD 1. Preheat oven 200c / 180 fan 2. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper  3. Put sultanas in a mixing bowl and add boiling water, leave to soak until water has cooled 4. Sift in the flour and mix until all is combined, if you find mixture is to thick just add a little more water 5. Pour mixture into your prepared loaf tin 6. Place in the oven on middle shelf, bake for approx 40-45 minutes, to check if loaf is cooked use a skewer and insert into middle   of loaf, if it comes out clean loaf is baked if not continue to bake, if your loaf is browning quicker than baking, place some silver foil over the top of the loaf
