Healthy No Bake Flourless Chocolate Fudge Brownies

JUST 3 INGREDIENTS  NO ADDED SUGAR NO ADDED FAT EGG FREE FLOURLESS Portions - 16 Calories per slice - approx 80  INGREDIENTS 2 medium sweet potatoes (approx 320g with skin on) 1 cup of oat flour (approx 100g) 125g good quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped METHOD  Top and tail the sweet potatoes, prick them and microwave until cooked  Once cool enough to handle, scoop out the hot potato and mix with the chocolate and oat flour. (the heat from the potato will melt the chocolate) Scoop the sweet potato brownie mixture into a square lined dish (approx 8") then place in the fridge to firm up for at least an hour to set Cut into 16 squares, and enjoy your healthy chocolate treat! Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to five days

This Fruit Bread has lovely subtle flavour and a perfect texture. No mixer or scales are needed, this really is probably the easiest fruit bread you will ever make! Prep time - approx 10 minutes INGREDIENTS  1 standard can of mixed fruit or any tinned fruit that you would prefer 1 egg 1 tsp baking powder 1 1/2 cups self raising flour (optional) Good squeeze of honey METHOD  Preheat oven 160 fan 180 electric Grease & line a loaf tin 1. Drain tinned fruit (you can do as you please with juice/syrup as its not needed for recipe) 2. Place the fruit into a food processor, pulse until you have a puree 3. INGREDIENTS  3 medium ripe bananas mashed 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1-2 scoops of protein powder Handful of chocolate chips (optional) INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven 170 fan / 190c, grease a small cake tray or loaf tin and put to one side In a small microwave bowl, melt your peanut butter In a blender, food processor combine the mashed banana, cocoa powder, protein powder and peanut butter until smooth Pour the mixture into your prepared tin and bake for approx 20 minutes or until cooked through Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into pieces
