Healthy Flourless 4 Ingredient Banana Bread Muffins

Just 4 ingredients to make these healthy muffins, they're moist, oaty and naturally sweetened from the bananas Prep time 5 minutes Cook time 30 minutes Total time 35 minutes INGREDIENTS 3 medium ripe bananas 2 cups of oats 2 eggs 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda ¼ cup honey (optional) METHOD Preheat oven 180ºc / 160º fan Lightly grease a muffin tray (you may need more than one) Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and all the ingredients are combined Pour your mixture evenly into your muffin tray (s) Place in the oven on the middle shelf and bake for approx 30-35 minutes, checking after 20 minutes. To check if your muffins are baked, insert a skewer or toothpick into the centre of a muffin, if it comes out clean muffins are baked, if not continue to bake Let your muffins cool for at least 10-15 minutes before removing from the muffin tray, then transfer them to a cooling rack

A Lighter Classic Coffee Sponge Cake decorated with Chocolate Stars

Brighten up your afternoon with a slice of this moist scrumptious indulgent coffee cake. A classic coffee sponge with a chocolate star on each slice, which is an optional extra. This is a lighter/healthier version of the favourite classic coffee cake. Made with half spoon sugar and at a reduced amount. For a sponge cake this recipe has very little sugar! I also opted for a low fat olive spread. Having made the healthier changes it hasn't impacted on the flavour at all, if anything it's enhanced the richness of the coffee flavour, but without making it bitter. Dairy Free 50/50 Date Cake

DAIRY FREE - EGG FREE - FAT FREE - SUGAR FREE The only sugar that is in the cake is the natural sugars from the dates INGREDIENTS ¾ cup dried dates, chopped 1 cup of hot water 1 cup of self-raising wholemeal flour 1 cup of self-raising flour 1 tsp baking powder 3 tbsp fat free dairy free yogurt METHOD Preheat oven 190ºc / 170º fan and line a standard loaf tin with grease proof paper Place the chopped dates into a mixing bowl and add the hot water and leave to soak for approx 5 minutes Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until everything is combined Pour into your loaf tin and place in the oven on the middle shelf, bake for approx 45 minutes. To see if your cake is baked insert a skewer through the centre, if it comes out clean cake is baked if not return to oven to continue baking. Healthy No Bake Flourless Chocolate Fudge Brownies

JUST 3 INGREDIENTS  NO ADDED SUGAR NO ADDED FAT EGG FREE FLOURLESS Portions - 16 Calories per slice - approx 80  INGREDIENTS 2 medium sweet potatoes (approx 320g with skin on) 1 cup of oat flour (approx 100g) 125g good quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped METHOD  Top and tail the sweet potatoes, prick them and microwave until cooked  Once cool enough to handle, scoop out the hot potato and mix with the chocolate and oat flour. (the heat from the potato will melt the chocolate) Scoop the sweet potato brownie mixture into a square lined dish (approx 8") then place in the fridge to firm up for at least an hour to set Cut into 16 squares, and enjoy your healthy chocolate treat! Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to five days

An easy recipe for a quick pudding. This dairy free flourless sticky ginger cake makes the perfect pudding after a home cooked meal, either sliced on its own or with hot thick custard or with a generous portion of fresh clotted cream! This cake has lovely chewy chunks of ginger in, a super moist sticky centre with that fresh crusty edge. It has no added sugar, all the sweetness comes from the honey and ginger. Baked Banana Oat Bread

Breakfast gets a healthy new makeover! This moist tasty banana bread is low in fat, sugar free and can be made in advance to either freeze or store in the fridge.  Makes 9 portions INGREDIENTS 3 large ripe bananas (approx 350g mashed banana) 1 cup milk of choice (I used skimmed) 1 egg 2 tsp vanilla essence 1½ cup oats (approx 150g) ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp bicarbonate soda METHOD 1. Preheat oven to 180C / 160 fan 2. Grease and/or line an 8x8" baking tray with baking paper 3. Mash your bananas and add your egg, milk and vanilla 4. Add in your dry ingredients and stir until all is combined 5. Leave to soak for about 15 - 20 minutes 6. Pour your mixture into your baking tray and bake on middle shelf for approx 30 - 45 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown on top 7. Either serve straight from the oven by spooning out or leave to cool before slicing

High Fibre High Protein Ginger Chickpea Tray Bake - fat free - sugar free - low calorie - flourless

This tray bake is something that will amaze you! There is no flour, no sugar, no fat and its low in calories. Sugar free, Fat free, Flourless Banana Bread - just 4 ingredients!

This banana bread is mouth watering delicious, you will definitely be going back for a second slice! It has that lovely texture from the oats and the perfect sweetness from the bananas, a firm crust and a delicate moist centre. YOU WILL NEED A FOOD PROCESSOR FOR THIS RECIPE INGREDIENTS 3 ripe bananas 2 large eggs 2 cups of oats 1 tsp baking soda METHOD Preheat oven to 180c / 160 fan  Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until all the ingredients are combined Pour your mixture into a lined loaf tin and place on the middle shelf   Bake for approx 30-40 minutes Once baked leave in tin for 10 minutes then remove and place on a cooling rack 

Healthy Date and Banana Wholemeal Bread

Makes 10 slices INGREDIENTS 3 ripe bananas 2 eggs 120g low fat greek yogurt 115g honey 1 teaspoon baking soda 195g self raising wholemeal flour 100g dried dates chopped in half PREPARATION 1. Preheat the oven to 180c / 160 fan 2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas 3. Mix eggs, yogurt, honey, baking soda and chopped dates into the banana mixture 4. Add the flour and mix well until all is combined 5. Pour the mixture into a greased or lined bread tin (approx 23 x 13cm) 6. Bake on middle shelf for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick/skewer comes out clean from the middle of the bread  7. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving

3 ingredient Slow Cooker Healthy Fruit Cake

This is a simple recipe with basic ingredients that will give you a scrumptiously moist fruit cake, with plump sweet juicy sultanas WHAT YOU WILL NEED Slow cooker Mixing bowl Grease poof paper to line your slow cooker bowl A clean tea towel  A standard size drinking mug INGREDIENTS 2 mugs self raising flour 1 mug of sultanas 1 1/2 mugs of stewed black tea 1 tsp baking powder (optional) METHOD 1. Soft Moist Peanut Butter, Banana & Weetabix Breakfast Slice

These slices are the perfect breakfast to fuel your morning, they are packed full of goodness  Made with just 6 basic ingredients. INGREDIENTS  3-4 Weetabix crushed 1 cup of oats 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp butter (optional) 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter 3 ripe bananas mashed METHOD 1. Preheat oven 160C / 140C FAN / GAS 3. Line a square baking tin (20cm) with grease proof paper 2. Heat the peanut butter, butter and honey in a pan on a low heat until melted, then pour into a large mixing bowl 3. Add the mashed banana, oats and Weetabix, mix well until all the mixture is thoroughly combined 4. Tip your mixture into your prepared tin and level out the top 5. Place in the oven on the middle shelf for approx 30 minutes, until golden brown. 6. Leave to cool slightly, then carefully place on a cooling rack. Once cooled cut into 9 square pieces and store in an airtight container

Scrumptiously Healthy Oaty Banana Bread - 5 ingredients

INGREDIENTS 3 bananas (mashed using a food processor preferably) 2 eggs 180g oats 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda 2 tsp vanilla essence (optional) 1 tbsp honey (optional) METHOD 1. Preheat oven to 175c 2. Line a loaf tin with grease proof paper 3. Blitz bananas in food processor or mash well with fork and add to a bowl with the eggs and vanilla essence if using 4. Add the oats, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda mix well 5. Add honey if using 6. Pour into your prepared loaf tin 7. Bake in oven on middle shelf for approx 30-35 minutes until a toothpick or skewer comes out clean 8. Let cool, slice and enjoy 

Low Calorie, Fat-Free, 5 Ingredient Banana Malt Bread

(two slices are shown in photo) This is a moist malty tasting banana bread, full of goodness.  An easy recipe that takes no time at all to make, the hardest part is waiting for the bread to cook and cool before eating! 12 servings Per serving: Calories 58 70 minutes INGREDIENTS 3 bananas mashed 1/2 cup applesauce 3/4 cup plain flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1 1/2 tsp baking soda  METHOD 1. Preheat oven to 160 fan / 180 electric  2. In a food processor add all the ingredients and combine. 3. Pour all the mixture into a lined/greased loaf tin 4. Bake for approx 45-60 minutes, or until cake is cooked, to test this a skewer inserted into cake should come out clean. Remove from pan and carefully place onto a wire rack to cool.  TIP - Riper the bananas the sweeter the bread.

Protein packed brownies which are great for breakfast and are made with just four ingredients. Moist and soft, these flourless brownies are vegan, gluten free, paleo and sugar free! INGREDIENTS  3 medium ripe bananas mashed 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1-2 scoops of protein powder Handful of chocolate chips (optional) INSTRUCTIONS Preheat the oven 170 fan / 190c, grease a small cake tray or loaf tin and put to one side In a small microwave bowl, melt your peanut butter In a blender, food processor combine the mashed banana, cocoa powder, protein powder and peanut butter until smooth Pour the mixture into your prepared tin and bake for approx 20 minutes or until cooked through Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into pieces
