Wholemeal Oaty Biscuits - Ready in less than 30 minutes! Just 5 basic ingredients!

INGREDIENTS 75g plain wholemeal flour 75g porridge oats 75g light olive spread 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp golden syrup METHOD  Preheat oven 160ºc / 180º fan / Gas mark 3 Put the wholemeal flour, baking powder and porridge oats into a mixing bowl and stir together Heat the butter and golden syrup in a saucepan over a low heat until melted Pour into the flour mixture and stir until all is well combined Roll walnut size pieces using your hands and place onto your baking tray, then flatten slightly using either the palm of your hand or the back of a spoon, making sure you leave room between each cookie Place tray in oven on the middle shelf and bake for approx 7-15 minutes, depending on your oven, until golden brown If you prefer a softer biscuit, remove them from the oven a little after 7 minutes, but if you prefer a crunchier biscuit leave for approx 15 minutes, but do keep an eye on them so they don't burn

3 ingredient yeast free low fat cheese muffins!

These muffins have to be the easiest to make and t hey only requiring 3 basic ingredients! Ready to eat within approx 20-25 minutes. Makes 4 muffins INGREDIENTS 1 cup of self-raising flour 1 cup of low fat grated cheese 3/4 cup of skimmed milk  ½ tsp baking powder (optional) METHOD   Preheat your oven to 160c / 180 fan / 350f Grease your muffin tray using some Frylight Sieve your flour into a mixing bowl Then add your grated cheese, followed by the milk and mix well until all the ingredients are combined Scoop your mixture into your prepared muffin tray and bake in the oven on the middle shelf for approx 20-25 minutes, checking half way through, if your find your muffins are starting to brown on top quicker than they're baking just cover loosely with some tin foil Once baked turn out onto a cooling rack Best eaten while still warm with a lightly spreading of butter or some tasty sandwich pickle/chutney, even a spr...

Just 4 basic cupboard ingredients needed to make these sweet treat White Chocolate Chunk Muffins These muffins contain no added sugar - no added fat and have no egg! 3 Ingredient Fruit Loaf - Sugar Free - Fat Free - Egg Free

No scales are required for this recipe just a normal household drinking mug INGREDIENTS  1 mug of sultanas 1 mug of boiling water 2 mugs self-raising flour METHOD 1. Preheat oven 200c / 180 fan 2. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper  3. Put sultanas in a mixing bowl and add boiling water, leave to soak until water has cooled 4. Sift in the flour and mix until all is combined, if you find mixture is to thick just add a little more water 5. Pour mixture into your prepared loaf tin 6. Place in the oven on middle shelf, bake for approx 40-45 minutes, to check if loaf is cooked use a skewer and insert into middle   of loaf, if it comes out clean loaf is baked if not continue to bake, if your loaf is browning quicker than baking, place some silver foil over the top of the loaf

Guilt Free Strawberry Mousse - Probably the easiest and healthiest mousse ever!

This Guilt Free Strawberry Mousse is  high in protein low calorie only requires 2 ingredients fat free and does seem to keep you fuller for longer It's airy like a mousse but thick! Its light like a mousse but heavy! This recipe makes three good servings Each serving is approx 90 calories INGREDIENTS 1 sachet of sugar free strawberry jelly 1 tub of plain quark or fat free greek yogurt 250-300g  METHOD 1. Make jelly up to half a pint, leave to cool until luke warm (not setting) 2. Healthy Carrot & Sultana Orange Flavoured Muffins - sugar free - fat free - egg free

INGREDIENTS  1 cup of shredded/grated carrot 1/2 cup of sultanas 1 tbsp baking powder 1 cup of self-raising wholemeal flour 1 cup of white self-raising flour  2 tbsp of good orange essence  1 cup of boiling water NOTE - you can use any size cup/mug, as long as you use the same measurements for all the ingredients. These muffins are so easy to make and take no time at all. If you prefer a sweeter taste you add add some honey to the hot water, which is a natural sweetener.
