A Lighter Classic Coffee Sponge Cake decorated with Chocolate Stars

Brighten up your afternoon with a slice of this moist scrumptious indulgent coffee cake. A classic coffee sponge with a chocolate star on each slice, which is an optional extra. This is a lighter/healthier version of the favourite classic coffee cake. Made with half spoon sugar and at a reduced amount. For a sponge cake this recipe has very little sugar!
