Cheese and Garlic Savoury Oat Biscuits

These cheese and garlic oat biscuits are packed full of savoury flavour in every crunchy bite.  Your find them irresistible!  Who knew making homemade savoury biscuits would be so easy?  You only need 6 ingredients to make these deliciously scrumptious cheese and garlic biscuits.  INGREDIENTS 100g jumbo oats 100g self-raising wholemeal flour 50g light olive spread or your choice 60ml water 50g grated cheese (I used Eatlean Smoked Low Fat Cheese) ½ tsp garlic granules Pinch of salt (optional) METHOD Preheat the oven to  180ºc / 160ºfan and line a large baking tray Put the jumbo oats and flour into a large mixing bowl and rub in the butter until you have the consistency of breadcrumbs  Stir in the cheese, garlic granules and salt. Low Fat Low Calorie High Protein Mini Cheese Biscuits

You can nibble away happily with these delicious mini cheese biscuits knowing that they are low in fat, low in calories and high in protein The perfect healthy snack! These cheesy biscuits are free from flour, have no egg and no added fat INGREDIENTS ½ cup ground oats/oat flour  20g Eatlean Spreadable Cheese 20g Eatlean grated cheese 1 tbsp water Oven temperature - 180ºc / 160º fan Bake time - 15 minutes METHOD Preheat oven 180ºc / 160º fan Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough. Healthy Cheese and Marmite Crumpet Loaf

For the Marmite lover! Either LOVE IT or HATE IT! INGREDIENTS 20g low fat butter 20g plain flour 200ml semi skimmed milk 200g low fat cheese, grated 1 tsp Marmite, plus extra for spreading 6 crumpets 100g low fat mozzarella, 6 slices and the rest grated METHOD Preheat oven 220ºc / 200º fan Line the bottom of a loaf tin with a strip of grease proof paper Heat the butter in a pan over a medium heat until it has melted, then add in the flour and stir to make a paste. Gradually add the milk, continually stirring until its all combined. Simmer gently until you get a think white sauce. Add in your grated cheese and 1 tsp of Marmite. Keep stirring until the cheese has melted, then remove from the heat. 3 Ingredient High Protein Smoked Cheese Mini Wholemeal Scones

Makes 10 mini scones 70 calories approx per scone INGREDIENTS 150g self-raising wholemeal flour 125g low fat greek yogurt 75g Eatlean smoked cheese, grated METHOD Preheat oven 200ºc / 180º fan Mix all the ingredients together,(leaving some cheese to one side to top the scones) to form a dough, you may have to use your hands and a little extra flour Lightly flour your work surface and flatten your dough so it's approx 1 inch thick and using a small cookie/scone cutter, cut out your scones, place on a baking tray leaving enough room between each one Using the remaining cheese, sprinkle a little on each of your scones Place your tray in the oven on the middle shelf and bake for approx 15 minutes

4 Ingredient Yeast Free Low Fat Savoury Eatlean High Protein Smoked Cheese & Marmite Loaf

INGREDIENTS 2 cups self-raising flour (I used 1 cup wholemeal & 1 cup white) 2 cups grated Eatlean High Protein Smoked Cheese or your own choice 1 1/4 cups of skimmed milk or your choice 1 tbsp Marmite METHOD Preheat your oven to 160c / 180 fan / 350f Lightly grease a small loaf and place to one side In a large mixing bowl, sieve your flour, add your cheese, Marmite and milk and mix until all your mixture is well combined Allow mixture to sit for two minutes Pour mixture into your loaf tin Place in the oven on the middle shelf and bake for approx 25-30 minutes, or until lightly brown in colour and cooked through the middle Remove from the oven and leave in tin for approx 5 minutes, then turn out onto a cooling rack  Cool completely before storing in an air-tight container 

Healthier Giant Cheese Bomb Scone - just 5 ingredients!

I adapted this recipe to healthier ingredients than what a normal scone recipe would use, I swapped the butter to a low fat olive spread, the milk from full fat to skimmed and the full fat flavoured cheeses to a very low calorie, low fat and high protein cheese (eatlean) INGREDIENTS  225g plain flour 2 tsp baking powder 42g low fat olive spread (cold and cubed) 175ml skimmed milk 125g low fat cheese (I used eatlean high protein cheese) crumbled into chunks or roughly sliced into little cubes METHOD  Preheat your oven to 200c / 180 fan / Gas 6 Sieve your flour and baking powder into a large mixing bowl Rub the butter into the flour using your hands/fingertips until you have what looks like bread crumbs Pour your milk into the flour and mix well using a wooden spoon to form a dough, if your dough is very stick just add a little more flour Add your cheese to the dough gently kneading into the mixture Shape your dough int...

Healthy Eatlean High Protein Cheese and Marmite Oat Biscuits - Low fat & only 40 calories per biscuit!

These crunchy oaty biscuits are perfect for an evening snack, they are full of flavour and at only 40 calories per biscuit you can indulge and have two without any guilt. For this recipe you will need a mini food processor or something similar  Makes 9 biscuits Approx 40 calories per biscuit INGREDIENTS  40g oats 1 small egg 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp marmite 25g EATLEAN high protein cheese, chopped roughly into little cubes (you can use normal cheese, but the calories will be more) METHOD 1. Preheat your oven to 160c fan / 180c electric / gas 4 2. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper or a silicone non-stick mat 3. Put all your ingredients into your mini food processor and blitz to they are all combined, but not so much so that your mixture is smooth paste as you want to keep the texture of the oats  4. Wholemeal Cheese and Marmite Scone for one - high protein, low fat, lower calorie

Ingredients 45g self-raising wholemeal flour 10g butter ( I used Light Olive spread) 1/4 tsp baking powder Marmite 2 tbsp grated cheese ( I used Eatlean Protein cheese, which is a high protein, low fat, low calorie cheese) 1 tbsp milk (approx) Method Pre-heat oven 200c  Rub the butter into the flour & baking powder until you have what looks like bread crumbs Add the grated cheese, leaving a little aside for the topping Add the milk and mix with hands until all is combines to form a ball Flour a work surface and shape mixture to your desired scone size Spread some Marmite on top of the scone and with the remaining cheese sprinkle on top of the Marmite and press down gently Bake in the oven on middle shelf for approx 15-20 minutes

Low Fat Mini Cheddars, a tasty snack of healthy crunchiness

These homemade Mini Cheddars contain no additives and are free from artificial colours or flavours. INGREDIENTS  100g of Eatlean Protein Cheese, grated (or any cheese of your choice) 50g of salted butter ( I used low-fat olive spread) 100g of plain flour 1/4 tsp of salt METHOD  Preheat oven to 180c Mix all the ingredients in a food processor Knead together lightly and roll out the dough onto a lightly floured surface, about 3mm thick. Using a small cutter, cut out the cheddars, gather rest of the dough up and repeat. Place the cheddars on a silicon mat or grease proof paper. Bake in the oven for approx 15 minutes Leave to cool 

Marmite Mini Cheddars using Eatlean Protein Cheese

These homemade Marmite Mini Cheddars contain no additives and are free from artificial colours or flavours. INGREDIENTS  100g of Eatlean Protein Cheese, grated (or any cheese of your choice) 50g of salted butter ( I used low-fat olive spread) 100g of plain flour 1/4 tsp of salt TBSP Marmite (approx, depending how strong you like it) METHOD  Preheat oven to 180c Mix all the ingredients in a food processor Knead together lightly and roll out the dough onto a lightly floured surface, about 3mm thick. Using a small cutter, cut out the cheddars, gather rest of the dough up and repeat. Place the cheddars on a silicon mat or grease proof paper. Using a fork prod some holes into the cheddars Bake in the oven for approx 15 minutes Leave to cool
