No Yeast Cinnamon Bread Buns

The easiest Cinnamon rolls you can make, only requiring a handful of ingredients and two easy steps. Ready in less than 30 minutes! Makes 2 Cinnamon Buns Calories per bun approx 170  INGREDIENTS ½ cup self-raising flour (approx 62g) ½ tsp baking powder 3 tbsp milk approx (approx 45ml) 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp sultanas (approx 25g) METHOD Preheat oven 180ºc  / 160º fan Mix all the ingredients together Bring the dough together with your hands, you may need a little flour if dough is sticky, make two balls and place onto a greased/lined baking tray or pop into a muffin tray (which is what I used) Bake on the middle shelf for approx 15-20 minutes or until golden Leave to cool for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely

3 ingredient yeast free low fat cheese muffins!

These muffins have to be the easiest to make and t hey only requiring 3 basic ingredients! Ready to eat within approx 20-25 minutes. Makes 4 muffins INGREDIENTS 1 cup of self-raising flour 1 cup of low fat grated cheese 3/4 cup of skimmed milk  ½ tsp baking powder (optional) METHOD   Preheat your oven to 160c / 180 fan / 350f Grease your muffin tray using some Frylight Sieve your flour into a mixing bowl Then add your grated cheese, followed by the milk and mix well until all the ingredients are combined Scoop your mixture into your prepared muffin tray and bake in the oven on the middle shelf for approx 20-25 minutes, checking half way through, if your find your muffins are starting to brown on top quicker than they're baking just cover loosely with some tin foil Once baked turn out onto a cooling rack Best eaten while still warm with a lightly spreading of butter or some tasty sandwich pickle/chutney, even a spr...

INGREDIENTS  1 Cup of self-raising flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup of milk 2 tbsp mayo  I used semi skimmed milk and lighter than light mayo METHOD  Pre-heat oven 180 degrees Combine all the ingredients  Spoon into a muffin tin Cook in the oven middle shelf for approx 15 minutes or until golden brown Makes approx 5 rolls TIP - Why not try using wholemeal flour for a healthier bake, or adding some herbs or a little grated cheese to add some extra flavour.
