No Yeast Cinnamon Bread Buns

The easiest Cinnamon rolls you can make, only requiring a handful of ingredients and two easy steps. Ready in less than 30 minutes! Makes 2 Cinnamon Buns Calories per bun approx 170  INGREDIENTS ½ cup self-raising flour (approx 62g) ½ tsp baking powder 3 tbsp milk approx (approx 45ml) 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tbsp sultanas (approx 25g) METHOD Preheat oven 180ºc  / 160º fan Mix all the ingredients together Bring the dough together with your hands, you may need a little flour if dough is sticky, make two balls and place onto a greased/lined baking tray or pop into a muffin tray (which is what I used) Bake on the middle shelf for approx 15-20 minutes or until golden Leave to cool for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely

No added sugar - no added fat - egg free Prep Time 10 minutes Servings - 6 Approx 150 calories per muffin with sultanas Approx 135 calories per muffin without sultanas EQUIPMENT Non-stick muffin tin Set of measuring cups and spoons INGREDIENTS 2 weetabix, crushed 1/3 cup of Whitworths Fiery Ginger before chopping (roughly chopped) 1/4 cup of sultanas (optional) 1 cup of skimmed milk 1/2 cup wholemeal self-raising flour 1/2 cup of self-raising flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 tsp ground ginger METHOD 1. Cottage Cheese Wholemeal Muffins - fat free and only 5 ingredients

These cottage cheese muffins need just 5 simple ingredients and can be made in just 15 minutes! YOU WILL NEED A SET OF MEASURING CUPS FOR THIS RECIPE Makes approx 8 muffins CALORIES (APPROX) Flour 720  Eggs 132 Cottage cheese 195 TOTAL = 1047   Per Muffin = 130 calories INGREDIENTS Tub of fat free cottage cheese (300g) 2 eggs 1  cups of self-raising flour 1 self raising wholemeal flour 1 tsp baking powder METHOD Preheat oven to 180c / 160 fan 1. Dairy Free Spiced 50/50 Fruit Buns

What's not to like about these Spiced Fruit Buns? They are: Sugar free Fat free Dairy free Egg free No knead  MAKES 12  Approx 173 Calories per bun INGREDIENTS 250g plain flour 250g wholemeal flour 1/2 tsp dried yeast handful raisins or sultana's 1/2 tsp mixed spice 350ml water METHOD  1. Put your flours into a large mixing bowl, add the yeast, raisins/sultanas, mixed spice and the water. Mix well until all is combined into a soft dough, cover with a tea towel and leave to rise for approx 3hrs at room temperature. The dough then should have expanded and appear smoother in appearance. 2. Heat your oven 20 180c/160c fan/gas 6.  3.
