Healthy Cheese and Marmite Crumpet Loaf

For the Marmite lover! Either LOVE IT or HATE IT! INGREDIENTS 20g low fat butter 20g plain flour 200ml semi skimmed milk 200g low fat cheese, grated 1 tsp Marmite, plus extra for spreading 6 crumpets 100g low fat mozzarella, 6 slices and the rest grated METHOD Preheat oven 220ºc / 200º fan Line the bottom of a loaf tin with a strip of grease proof paper Heat the butter in a pan over a medium heat until it has melted, then add in the flour and stir to make a paste. Gradually add the milk, continually stirring until its all combined. Simmer gently until you get a think white sauce. Add in your grated cheese and 1 tsp of Marmite. Keep stirring until the cheese has melted, then remove from the heat. 4 Ingredient Yeast Free Low Fat Savoury Eatlean High Protein Smoked Cheese & Marmite Loaf

INGREDIENTS 2 cups self-raising flour (I used 1 cup wholemeal & 1 cup white) 2 cups grated Eatlean High Protein Smoked Cheese or your own choice 1 1/4 cups of skimmed milk or your choice 1 tbsp Marmite METHOD Preheat your oven to 160c / 180 fan / 350f Lightly grease a small loaf and place to one side In a large mixing bowl, sieve your flour, add your cheese, Marmite and milk and mix until all your mixture is well combined Allow mixture to sit for two minutes Pour mixture into your loaf tin Place in the oven on the middle shelf and bake for approx 25-30 minutes, or until lightly brown in colour and cooked through the middle Remove from the oven and leave in tin for approx 5 minutes, then turn out onto a cooling rack  Cool completely before storing in an air-tight container 

Healthy Eatlean High Protein Cheese and Marmite Oat Biscuits - Low fat & only 40 calories per biscuit!

These crunchy oaty biscuits are perfect for an evening snack, they are full of flavour and at only 40 calories per biscuit you can indulge and have two without any guilt. For this recipe you will need a mini food processor or something similar  Makes 9 biscuits Approx 40 calories per biscuit INGREDIENTS  40g oats 1 small egg 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp marmite 25g EATLEAN high protein cheese, chopped roughly into little cubes (you can use normal cheese, but the calories will be more) METHOD 1. Preheat your oven to 160c fan / 180c electric / gas 4 2. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper or a silicone non-stick mat 3. Wholemeal Cheese and Marmite Scone for one - high protein, low fat, lower calorie

Ingredients 45g self-raising wholemeal flour 10g butter ( I used Light Olive spread) 1/4 tsp baking powder Marmite 2 tbsp grated cheese ( I used Eatlean Protein cheese, which is a high protein, low fat, low calorie cheese) 1 tbsp milk (approx) Method Pre-heat oven 200c  Rub the butter into the flour & baking powder until you have what looks like bread crumbs Add the grated cheese, leaving a little aside for the topping Add the milk and mix with hands until all is combines to form a ball Flour a work surface and shape mixture to your desired scone size Spread some Marmite on top of the scone and with the remaining cheese sprinkle on top of the Marmite and press down gently Bake in the oven on middle shelf for approx 15-20 minutes

Marmite Mini Cheddars using Eatlean Protein Cheese

These homemade Marmite Mini Cheddars contain no additives and are free from artificial colours or flavours. INGREDIENTS  100g of Eatlean Protein Cheese, grated (or any cheese of your choice) 50g of salted butter ( I used low-fat olive spread) 100g of plain flour 1/4 tsp of salt TBSP Marmite (approx, depending how strong you like it) METHOD  Preheat oven to 180c Mix all the ingredients in a food processor Knead together lightly and roll out the dough onto a lightly floured surface, about 3mm thick. Using a small cutter, cut out the cheddars, gather rest of the dough up and repeat. Place the cheddars on a silicon mat or grease proof paper. Using a fork prod some holes into the cheddars Bake in the oven for approx 15 minutes Leave to cool
