Healthy Banana Bread Cookies

DAIRY FREE - GLUTEN FREE - 4 INGREDIENTS These cookies are a delicious and healthy treat the whole family will enjoy. The banana bread flavour is simply scrumptious, your go bananas for more! The cookies are moist, naturally sweet and only need 4 ingredients Here's what your need to make these scrumptious dairy free banana bread cookies INGREDIENTS  Makes 12 cookies 1½ cups ground oats ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp cinnamon 4 ripe medium bananas, mashed INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 160ºfan / 180ºc and line a baking tray with grease proof paper Add the oat flour, bicarb and cinnamon to a bowl and mix well Mash the bananas well with a fork and add then to the dry ingredients Mix until all the ingredients are evenly combined Use a spoon and place spoonfuls of dough on the baking tray, gently flatten the cookies with a fork or the back of a spoon Bake for approx 25-30 minutes until the middles have set and aren't wet

Sugar Free Apple and Banana Sponge Cake

This sponge cake is easy to make, and takes no time at all to prepare Full of fruity goodness and contains no added sugar making it a guilt free pleasure! INGREDIENTS 150g plain flour 1 ½ tsp baking powder 100ml semi-skimmed milk 1 egg 1 tsp cinnamon 40g low fat olive spread, melted (or butter of choice) 1 medium apple, peeled, cored and chopped 1 ripe banana, well mashed (lump free) METHOD Preheat oven 200ºC / 180º FAN and line a cake tin with grease proof paper Sift the flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a mixing bowl and stir Put the milk, egg and melted low fat spread in a jug or small bowl and beat together Add the apple, banana and wet ingredients from the jug to the flour, stir until just combined. Do not over-mix Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cake has risen and starts taking on a golden colour Carefully place the cake on a wire rack to cool

These cheese and garlic oat biscuits are packed full of savoury flavour in every crunchy bite.  Your find them irresistible!  Who knew making homemade savoury biscuits would be so easy?  You only need 6 ingredients to make these deliciously scrumptious cheese and garlic biscuits.  INGREDIENTS 100g jumbo oats 100g self-raising wholemeal flour 50g light olive spread or your choice 60ml water 50g grated cheese (I used Eatlean Smoked Low Fat Cheese) ½ tsp garlic granules Pinch of salt (optional) METHOD Preheat the oven to  180ºc / 160ºfan and line a large baking tray Put the jumbo oats and flour into a large mixing bowl and rub in the butter until you have the consistency of breadcrumbs  Stir in the cheese, garlic granules and salt. Next add the water, a little at a time until you have a dough On a clean work surface sprinkle a little flour and roll out your dough to the thickness of about 0.5cm. Sweet Cinnamon Potato Biscuits

These biscuits are light, fluffy and take on a lovely orange colour from the sweet potato.  All the sweetness in these biscuits is from the potato and cinnamon, if anymore sugar was added they would be far to sweet.
