Sugar Free Apple and Banana Sponge Cake

This sponge cake is easy to make, and takes no time at all to prepare Full of fruity goodness and contains no added sugar making it a guilt free pleasure! INGREDIENTS 150g plain flour 1 ½ tsp baking powder 100ml semi-skimmed milk 1 egg 1 tsp cinnamon 40g low fat olive spread, melted (or butter of choice) 1 medium apple, peeled, cored and chopped 1 ripe banana, well mashed (lump free) METHOD Preheat oven 200ºC / 180º FAN and line a cake tin with grease proof paper Sift the flour, baking powder and cinnamon into a mixing bowl and stir Put the milk, egg and melted low fat spread in a jug or small bowl and beat together Add the apple, banana and wet ingredients from the jug to the flour, stir until just combined. Do not over-mix Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until the cake has risen and starts taking on a golden colour Carefully place the cake on a wire rack to cool 

Easy Apple and Cinnamon Muffins!

These Apple and Cinnamon Muffins are moist, have a subtle cinnamon flavor, and the perfect texture. No mixer or scales are needed, this really probably is the easiest Apple and Cinnamon Muffin recipe your ever bake! Prep time - 10 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 cup of apple sauce 1 egg, lightly whisked 2 cups self-raising flour 1 tsp ground cinnamon METHOD  Preheat oven 160ºc / 180º fan and grease your muffin tray Put your apple sauce and whisked egg into a bowl and mix well Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix until all is combined Pour the mixture evenly into your prepared muffin tray and bake in the oven on the middle shelf for approx 20-25 minutes or until a skewer/cocktail stick comes out clean. If you find your muffins browning before they are baked, cover loosely with some foil Leave your muffins in the muffin tray for approx 10 minutes before removing onto a wire cooling rack

Flourless Apple and Cinnamon Blender Muffins

Just five ingredients to make these scrumptious muffins, they have a lovely delicate moist centre, with an oaty texture and they are sweetened by the brambly apple sauce, you also get that lovely subtle hint of the cinnamon come through with every mouthful. INGREDIENTS 1 cup of applesauce 2 cups of oats 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon METHOD Preheat oven 180ºc / 160ºfan Put all your ingredients in a food processor, blend until all the ingredients are combined Pour equally into your muffin tray Place on middle shelf in oven and bake for approx 25 minutes  Leave in muffin tray to cool for 10 minutes, then turn out and finish cooling on a wire rack

Fruit and Veggie Cinnamon Muffins

These muffins are deliciously tasty with a subtle kick of cinnamon with every mouthful. They are fat free with no added sugar which make them perfect for snacking on when hunger strikes! They have a lovely chewy outer crust to them and mouthwatering moist tasty centre, which will make hard to resist a second helping! YOU WILL NEED A BLENDER FOR THIS RECIPE INGREDIENTS 75g apple peeled, cored and roughly chopped 50g carrot grated 50g banana 1 egg 1 tsp cinnamon 100g self-raising flour ½ tsp baking powder (optional) METHOD Preheat oven 180ºc / 160ºfan and grease your muffin tray Blitz apple and banana in your food blender/processor to make a puree Grate your carrot In a bowl add the puree and egg, whisk until both are combined Sieve in the dry ingredients, mix well Fold in the grated carrot Pour the mixture evenly into your muffin tray Bake in the oven on the middle shelf for approx  25-30 minutes

CALORIES AT BOTTOM OF RECIPE INGREDIENTS 50g oats (3/4 cup) 60g grated apple (skin on or peeled, your choice) 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp mixed spice 3 tbsp fat free natural/greek yogurt 1 egg (medium) 1 tbsp honey (optional) METHOD 1. Preheat your oven at 180 degrees 2. In a mixing bowl add your grated apple, mixed spice and cinnamon, stir until apple is coated in spices 3. Healthy 3 Ingredient Apple & Cinnamon Sugar Free Oat Loaf

INGREDIENTS 300g porridge oats 500g Onken Apple & Cinnamon Fat Free Yogurt 2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda  METHOD Preheat oven 150°C / 300°F Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl Pour mixture into a greased and lined loaf tin Place an oven proof dish at the bottom of your oven filled with water, this helps keep your bread moist.  Place your prepared loaf on middle shelf and bake for approx 90 minutes NOTES  If you wanted to, you could try using a different flavour yogurt, I've tried different flavours and they all seem to work just fine,  To make this a VEGAN loaf just change the yogurt to a non-dairy (ALPRO)

Healthy breakfast bar recipe that's naturally sweetened with the apple, high in protein, low calorie and is ridiculously easy to make using just three ingredients.
