The easiest Cinnamon rolls you can make, only requiring a handful of ingredients and two easy steps. Ready in less than 30 minutes!
Makes 2 Cinnamon Buns
Calories per bun approx 170
INGREDIENTS
½ cup self-raising flour (approx 62g)
½ tsp baking powder
3 tbsp milk approx (approx 45ml)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sultanas (approx 25g)
METHOD
Preheat oven 180ºc / 160º fan
Mix all the ingredients together
Bring the dough together with your hands, you may need a little flour if dough is sticky, make two balls and place onto a greased/lined baking tray or pop into a muffin tray (which is what I used)
Bake on the middle shelf for approx 15-20 minutes or until golden
Leave to cool for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
