Healthy Banana and Cinnamon Chewy Cookies - 4 ingredients



SUGAR FREE - FAT FREE - EGG FREE 

This a quick simple recipe that takes just 5 minutes to prepare!

NO SCALES ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS RECIPE

Makes 4 decent size cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 banana (medium)
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup + 1 tbsp oats
¼ cup self raising wholemeal flour

METHOD

Preheat oven 160Āŗ fan / 180Āŗc

Mash the banana in a mixing bowl and then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until everything is combined

On a lined baking tray place 4 evenly sized scoops of the mixture leaving space between each of them, then flatten down to a cookie shape

Place in the oven and bake for approx 20-25 minutes or until they start to go golden 

Leave on tray for 5 minutes to cool, then carefully place on cooling rack
