Quick, Easy Healthy Oven Baked Tuna Patties




INGREDIENTS

1 small tin of tuna (145g), drained well
1 egg
¼ cup finely diced onion
1 garlic clove crushed/minced
2 tbsp (30g) sweetcorn
2 tbsp instant mash potato
Pinch of chilli flakes (optional)

MAKES 2 GOOD SIZE TUNA PATTIES

METHOD

Line a baking tray with a silicone mat or grease proof paper

Place all your ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir through thoroughly until all the ingredients are combined 

Using an ice cream scoop or something similar, scoop out mixture and place on your prepared tray and shape, how many patties you get depends on how big and thick you want them

Place in the fridge to chill for approx 30 minutes to firm up

While your patties are chilling, preheat your oven 220ΒΊc / 200ΒΊ fan

Bake patties on middle shelf for approx 20 minutes, or until cooked through, turning over carefully half way through cooking
