INGREDIENTS
1 wholemeal wrap
1 medium onion, sliced finely
Can of hot dogs
Jalapeno's (optional)
2 eggs
2 tbsp skimmed milk
50g grated low fat cheese
1. Preheat oven to 180ºc / 160ºfan
2. Place your wrap into a round cake tin with the wrap coming up sides of the tin
3. Fry onions & jalapenos (if using) until soft
4. Slice each hot dog into 4 and place in base of quiche
5. Spoon your onions and jalapeno's over the hot dogs
6.Whisk your eggs and milk together, pour over the quiche
7. Sprinkle your grated cheese over the top of the quiche
8. Place quiche in oven on the middle shelf for approx 30 minutes, or until quiche is cooked
