INGREDIENTS
150g low fat cottage cheese
20g porridge oats
40ml almond milk
70g frozen or fresh cherries, halved if using fresh
½ tsp almond essence (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix carefully until all is combined
2. Divide the mixture evenly between your two mason jars or small containers and place in fridge over night

ReplyDeleteBrilliant, your have to let me know what your thoughts are, it definitely tastes better than it sounds, regarding the cottage cheese. I have found that the lumps of cottage cheese soak up the flavours nicely and are a little like marshmallow the following day.
