INGREDIENTS
40g oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 small egg
15g mixed seeds
15g dried cranberries
METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180 fan / 200c
2. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well until they are all combined
3. Transfer mixture to a small baking dish, (mine is about 10cm diameter) and press down firmly
4. Bake in the oven on the middle shelf for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
5. Leave in the dish to cool for 10 minutes, then carefully transfer to a cooling rack
