The perfect way to start the day. Banana and Peanut Butter Overnight Oats.




Ingredients 

2 bananas
100g porridge oats (1 cup)
250ml milk (1 cup)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

Thoroughly mash the bananas in a bowl 
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well
Cover and leave in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight
Serve cold
