5 Ingredient Flourless Banana Bread

Just 5 ingredients to make this healthy loaf of banana bread that's moist, oaty and naturally sweetened with maple syrup.
Ingredients
3 medium bananas
2 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats
2 large eggs
1/4 cup of maple syrup (less if using honey)
Teaspoon baking soda
Method
Preheat oven to 180/160 fan / 350f
Lightly grease 9x5-inch loaf pan or mini loaf pan or a pan of your choice, with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and well combined.
Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Let loaves/muffins cool completely .
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
