3 Ingredient Date Slice
Ingredients
1 large ripe banana
Porridge oats, enough to bind the banana
(approx cup & half)
About half a cup of chopped dates
Method
Preheat the oven to approx 200/180 fan
Mash the banana up in a bowl
Add porridge oats and dates, mix well. Add as much porridge oats as needed to bind together.
Turn out onto a non stick baking tray, press the Oat slice down, it should be about 1cm thick.
Place into oven on middle shelf for approx 15-20 minutes or until the edges start browning.
Leave to cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into slices.
